Once onsite please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety.
- Use the hand sanitiser supplied for you.
- Only one group allowed within the property at any time.
- Maintain a distance of 1.5m from other people at all times.
- Avoid touching surfaces, fixtures, fittings and furniture within the home. Please request the Swanbuild team member to demonstrate the functionality of any devices required.
- All visitors must wear a mask/face covering for the entire visit.
Do not book an appointment if:
- You have returned from overseas in the last 14 days
- Had close contact or cared for anyone with COVID-19
- Been in close contact with anyone who has returned from overseas
- You have experienced any cold or flu like symptoms
- You are a resident of Melbourne Metro or any other identified COVID-19 hot spot.
