As a thank you, if you were referred to us and choose to build with Swanbuild, you’ll be rewarded with a $500 gift card and the family member or friend that referred you will also receive a $500 gift card.

Terms and Conditions

  1. To apply for the referral incentive, the referring Swanbuild past customer must fill out the referral form and send to Swanbuild Sales Team at sales@swanbuild.com.au or via post to 210-214 Karinie St Swan Hill Victoria 3585 or 45 Fairview Road, Kangaroo Flat , or submit the details online at https://homes.swanbuild.com.au/referral-program
  2. The referrer (past purchaser) must have signed their build contract and paid initial deposit to be eligible for the promotion.
  3. The referral incentive will be activated once the referee (new purchaser) has signed their build contract and paid contract. At this point the referrer and referee will be granted their $500 gift cards. (One per referrer and one per referee)
  4. The offer is valid from 30 September 2020 to 30 September 2025 and is applicable to the purchase of any Swanbuild home.
  5. The referrer and referred customer acknowledge that they may be contacted by Swanbuild in the future to administer this promotion or provide updates on new products and services and that any information they provide will be treated in accordance with the requirements of privacy legislation.
  6. Gift cards are to be issued by a party nominated by Swanbuild and are subject to the terms and conditions of those gift cards. A gift card that becomes void if not used prior to its expiry date or it is defaced, stolen, damaged, altered or otherwise tampered with in any way is not the responsibility of the Swanbuild team.
  7. Employees of Swanbuild or its related entities, including suppliers, or those otherwise engaged in similar business, as determined by Swanbuild, are not eligible to participate in the promotion as a referrer.
